Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go

This is really embarassing. One night in Colchester me and my friend Paul met a girl in a hotel bar and she was an OLDER woman….woooo…. We got chatting to her by the fruit machine and for some totally bizarre reason she agreed to come with us to a nightclub the following night. And then for some other totally bizarre reason we decided that to go out with an OLDER woman we would have to dress in suits. So we did. And in front of all our other mates we turned up with this very attractive young lady dressed like we were going to work. But we had a really good evening, the girl was a right laugh, we danced, we drank, we flirted and that was it. We took her back to her hotel, got a peck on the cheek and goodnight. I’m afraid I have no idea of her name or even where she was from (I think that it was Newcastle.) but I doubt very much that she remembers two 18 year old pratts who dressed in suits one night to take her out in Colchester when she was twenty four.
And the song? Was played a number of times in that night club and I’m afraid to say that I had bought it that very afternoon and so therefore we played it more than once when we got back to Paul’s house to celebrate the fact that we had pulled a mature woman and got absolutely nothing.
