Dancing Queen

This is a very fresh memory. Recently
Broadstairs in Kent tackled the Guiness World Record for the number of people dancing outside to the Dancing Queen from Mamma Mia. A real mix of people took part, old and young, male and female, and fit and definitely not so fit. Over 1000 people joined in and many many more watched and enjoyed the atmosphere. I went along and had a most enjoyable day.
The strange thing was that after 12 weeks with no rain, there was a really heavy downpour during the 6 minutes of the dancing. All credit to everyone as they continued whilst getting wet.
I'll certainly not hear this song again without remembering this fun day,
